RESORT - Basic Information
The Kings Lake Resort consists of
13 lots with individual shore lines along Kings
Lake and 21 lots at Bennets Lake,
4 lots along the bank of Tusket River
and 1 inland area, situated in one of the most beautiful
regions of Nova Scotia with extremely
mild climate.
All lots are accessible by road
and have electric power supply, included in the selling price. You
are free and easy whether to build or not.
Gorgeous the views
over Kings Lake, Tusket River and Bennets Lake, overlooking
quiet bays and the lovely hilly surrounding of Yarmouth
County.
You can reach Yarmouth,
the district capital, within 12 minutes. There are shopping
centres, hospitals, medical doctors, restaurants and pubs.
The ferry crosses from here to the USA within a few hours;
to the capital of Nova Scotia – Halifax –
it takes by car about 3 hours.
